The IT Solutions Architect will function as a broad-spectrum technology consultant / technologist for the CDS Technology Services Division reporting directly to the TSD Division Manager. The role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to Technology Project Management, Technology Process Improvement, and Technology Strategy. Additionally, the role may require technical staff augmentation for operational support in the areas of M365 Cloud (Power Platform), Systems Development and Data Management, and Systems Support, as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing technology projects in a complex environment, such as project planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with of software development and relevant technologies, deep familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as M365 Cloud and Power Platform.
• Experience with Cloud Technology Services, including computer, networking, storage, databases, and web apps.
• Experience and understanding of operating systems, system configurations, monitoring, and general IT administration practices.
• Experience in a role that involves working directly with clients and delivering solutions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, collaborating with stakeholders, and navigating project challenges.
• Ability to work at one or more work location.
