Salary: 180,000 to 225,000 base + bonus and equity

Join our client as a Global Corporate Controller and lead the financial backbone of a dynamic, multi-entity manufacturing organization.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to oversee global financial operations, drive process excellence, and partner with executive leadership in shaping the company’s financial future.

  • Lead all aspects of global month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
  • Oversee and mentor a high-performing accounting team across multiple sites and geographies.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and deliver insightful analysis to senior leadership.
  • Manage cash flow, intercompany transactions, and accounts receivable performance.
  • Support M&A activity, tax compliance, and external audits in collaboration with corporate and external partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, including manufacturing, and complex/multi-entity environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with GAAP.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel; Power BI a plus.
