Senior Associate Attorney - Probate & Estate Planning (Hybrid | Greater Austin Area)

• Represent clients in probate court across Travis, Williamson, Bell, and nearby counties
• Lead client strategy sessions and manage legal execution from intake through resolution
• Argue motions, conduct depositions, manage trials, and navigate contested proceedings
• Handle both routine and complex probate matters, including will contests and estate disputes
• Mentor paralegals and junior staff while supporting firm-wide growth
• Provide estate planning counsel when needed

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Bar license, in good standing
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Austin Area (relocation not provided)
• Proven courtroom and probate litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and motion practice skills
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent
• Committed to collaboration, empathy, and continuous growth
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
