Overview
We are seeking a patent attorney to join our Intellectual Property Group of over 40 professionals, to be based in one of our Midwest offices, with the opportunity to work remotely in a hybrid environment.
In return for your expertise, we offer broad based intellectual property opportunities, including patent prosecution, client counseling, freedom to operate, litigation support, and IP due diligence, within a variety of technologies. Preferred Candidates Will Have

• 2-7 years of patent prosecution experience
• A strong technical background and education in engineering or related field
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic/professional credentials
• Registration to practice with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly become licensed in IA or MN

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $205,000 - $265,000 / year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
