Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

About This Client

• Bermuda-based reinsurer
• Operations in Bermuda, US, Europe/UK, and Australia.
• Focus on managing existing portfolios and pricing new ones.
• Over 50 legal entities across four regions.
  
  

• Assist the Regional CIO in optimizing investment portfolios and return streams for M&A pricing.
• Develop and maintain strategic asset allocation for existing portfolios.
• Generate strategic and tactical asset allocation recommendations.
• Manage relationships with external asset managers.
  
  

• Present quarterly investment performance to committees and the Board of Directors.
• Ensure portfolio compliance with internal and external constraints.
• Efficiently manage cash balances and funding of dividends.
• Collaborate on NII projections and monitor returns versus budget.
  
  

• 6-10 years in insurance company asset management.
• Strong understanding of investment management and capital markets.
• Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's preferred).
• Experience with external asset managers is a plus.
• CFA qualification preferred.
  
  

• Strong quantitative and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Collaborative team player.
