Overview

Slalom Consulting is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and progressive leader to drive Salesforce services and client success within our Pacific Southwest region (Los Angeles, Orange County, Phoenix, San Diego). The role involves providing thought leadership, setting strategic direction for the Go-to-Market practitioners, and ensuring high-quality execution across all Salesforce pursuits and engagements.

Location

The candidate must be based in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, or the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect regional or national capability strategy with market needs, acting as a subject matter expert and thought leader at external events.
  • Drive sales, pursuits, solutioning, and account management within the Pacific Southwest for Salesforce and enterprise business applications.
  • Contribute to delivery, recruitment, and operational aspects of the capability and market.
  • Develop and implement market-specific GTM strategies aligned with local industries and communities.
  • Partner with sales and industry teams to identify opportunities, lead solutioning efforts, and grow client relationships.
  • Participate in business development activities, including campaigns, RFIs, RFPs, and thought leadership events.
  • Oversee Salesforce project delivery to ensure quality and mentor delivery teams.
  • Support talent development and manage resource pipelines.
  • Manage financial projections and ensure growth targets are met.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a large consulting environment.
  • Deep understanding of the HLS, TMT, CG, MAE, or PS&I sectors, including trends and regulations.
  • Proven business development and client management skills, with C-level relationship experience.
  • Successful track record implementing Salesforce solutions and understanding Salesforce architecture.
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain them.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies and program management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $161,000 - $281,000, plus potential discretionary bonuses. Benefits include time off, parental leave, 401(k) match, health coverage, and more. Slalom values fair and equitable pay practices.
