We are looking for 3 highly experienced Principal Product Managers to join a highly successful and rapidly growing $300M commerce marketplace leader in the USA!

In this role, you will lead critical company initiatives across AI systems, customer and internal tools, data infrastructure, and platform operations. These roles are not siloed and you’ll work across multiple surfaces where deep systems thinking, technical fluency, and real product ownership are required.

You’ll define and ship products that integrate LLMs, structured reasoning, and real-time workflows, not toy prototypes. At this company, you'll get to ship product 0→1 and beyond generating $100M+ in the process. This is a high-trust, high-output IC role reporting directly to senior leadership.

There's 1 AI - Principal PM role (think R&D, at the forefront of their tech for this brand), 1 Customer service - Principal PM role (think Chatbots, developing a world-class customer service experience), and 1 Generalist Principal PM (think 0-1 and scale up pro, e-commerce guru to help mature one of their fastest growing lines).

These roles report to the VP of Product but will work closely with Senior execs too.

We are looking for someone with:

• Exceptional 0-1 and scaling product management experience (taking products from $0 - $100M+)
• AI Fluency - integrating LLMs into structured workflows, building rules for model confidence thresholds, optimizing human-in-the-loop flows, or shipping real-time automation tools.
• Strong experience working in the Physical Goods or E-Commerce world.
• Extensive Product Management experience – you’ve worked end-end for 12+ years (L7 type).
• Experience working in start-up/scale-up type environments and want to take ownership of a core part of their business.
• Exceptional communication skills and familiarity with working with a C-suite.
• Technical background (Computer Science type degree, Systems thinking).

They offer a base salary in the region of $250k (some flexibility for a more experienced candidate) + bonus + equity.
