The Head of Strategy and Planning will ensure that strategy is not just a deliverable, but a driving force that unlocks business growth, innovation, and transformational results. They will architect and lead our planning discipline, pushing boundaries across audience strategy, channel planning, media planning, and creative media tactics.
They will advise, direct, and guide each client’s Product Lead and their teams to build and deliver world-class recommendations with the support of specialized experts under their leadership.
This leader will build exceptional systems and develop exceptional people, scaling planning and strategic capabilities across the agency without sacrificing quality—leveraging tools, templates, frameworks, and workflows. They will also be an outstanding coach and collaborator—developing talent, shaping industry-leading perspectives, and working closely with senior peers across the agency.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Development
- Lead and oversee Noble People’s Strategy and Planning from research to delivery, driving business impact with bold ideas and strong rationale.
- Develop scalable strategy and media planning platforms, providing tools, templates, training, and frameworks.
- Mentor Product Leads and strategists to operate as strategic leaders.
- Establish standards ensuring a structured yet flexible approach to strategic media planning and execution.
- Support collaboration across teams, including senior leadership, client leads, media partners, and internal analytics, strategy, and activation teams.
- Serve as a charismatic presenter for internal, client, and industry events.
- Provide strategic oversight to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Strategic Excellence & Innovation
- Uphold the standard of strategic and media planning rooted in creativity, data insights, and business outcomes.
- Select and manage data partners, research tools, and technology solutions.
- Establish standards, frameworks, and templates for strategy and planning.
