Position Overview

S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC) is seeking a confident, people-focused , and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. This remote role offers uncapped earning potential , a flexible schedule , and the opportunity to earn 6–7 figure commissions annually. Your main responsibility will be to generate interest and drive attendance to our weekly sales webinars, helping individuals learn about wealth-building through real estate and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify prospects via multiple channels
• Initiate conversations to promote webinar attendance
• Build rapport quickly and effectively with potential leads
• Use a consultative approach to align prospects with our mission
• Meet or exceed lead generation and engagement goals
• Represent SCDC professionally and ethically

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with high-ticket sales and remote work
• Motivated by performance incentives and high earnings potential
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Confident in presenting investment opportunities to affluent clients

Compensation

• W2, 100% commission-based with uncapped earnings potential, possibly reaching 6–7 figures
