S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC) is seeking motivated, well-connected individuals to join our team as Business Development Managers. This remote opportunity allows you to earn a lucrative commission-based income while helping to grow our multifamily investment sector.

Your Role as a Business Development Manager

• Network and promote our multifamily investment opportunities among your contacts.
• Engage prospects, invite them to a 30-minute presentation, and coordinate with Regional Sales Directors for further discussions.
• Achieve a minimum of 15 presentations weekly to meet sales goals and maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently remotely.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• No prior experience required; proactive mindset and network access are essential.
