Your Role as a Business Development Manager

• Network and Promote: Spark curiosity about our multifamily investment opportunities among friends, family, co-workers, and your broader network.
• Engage Prospects: Connect with potential investors, generate interest, invite them to a 30-minute presentation, and coordinate with our Regional Sales Directors for the proforma presentation.
• Meet Sales Goals: Achieve a monthly sales quota by generating at least 15 presentations weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
• Ability to work independently remotely.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
