What You Will Be Doing
- Leading campus build-outs across 25–30 locations over the next 6–12 months
- Owning construction timelines and resolving blockers across jurisdictions
- Managing vendor selection, negotiation, onboarding, and execution
- Coordinating with permitting, real estate, legal, and ops to hit go-live deadlines
- Developing a repeatable build process that improves with every site
- Overseeing maintenance strategy and ensuring clean handoffs to site-level support teams
- Working from a blueprint — you’ll design the playbook as you go
- Focusing on one site at a time — you’ll be scaling launches in parallel
- Outsourcing quality — you’ll be accountable for launch readiness
- Getting stuck in rework — your job is to anticipate, align, and execute
- Sitting in a PMO silo — this is a visible leadership role tied to outcomes
- Waiting for executive direction — this role is the driver
Deliver fully built, fully compliant, student-ready campuses on time, across markets — enabling successful school launches with zero physical blockers.
Basic Requirements
We’re looking for an execution-oriented operator — whether from consulting, education, real estate, or retail expansion — who’s launched physical sites with real constraints and real consequences.
You Should Bring
- 3+ years experience at an MBB firm
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-site execution efforts with tight timelines and real-world operational dependencies (e.g., facility standups, retail rollouts, supply chain activations)
- Experience owning cross-functional delivery (e.g., construction, procurement, legal, real estate), with a track record of identifying blockers early and driving resolution at pace
- Proven ability to create structure and repeatability in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments — even when no playbook exists
- Exceptional structured problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, developed in a high-performance consulting environment
- Comfort operating with urgency, autonomy, and accountability in a fast-scaling or startup-like context
- Based in the United States and willing to travel 25% of the time to campus locations.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
