Base pay range

$240,000.00/yr - $270,000.00/yr

Slone Partners is seeking a Head of Operations for an innovative contract development organization supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across the product lifecycle. With a customer-centric approach, the company provides a broad range of services including product development, regulatory and quality consulting, project management, and verification/validation testing.

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Operations will lead all facets of service delivery, including engineering, testing, quality, and regulatory operations. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this individual will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives, scaling business operations, and identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of operational excellence and growth in a service-oriented organization within the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors. A leader with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation and impact will thrive in this role.
