About the Job

The Head of Commercial Lines is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategy, underwriting, policies, and market growth in the commercial property and casualty insurance sector. This position requires a strong leader with deep industry expertise and the ability to shape business direction for long-term success.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand commercial insurance market presence.
• Oversee underwriting policies, risk assessment, and pricing strategies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align commercial lines with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Manage key client relationships and represent the organization in industry discussions.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred; Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 9+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, risk management, and policy development.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing large teams and collaborating across departments.
