Position Overview

At 2 Hour Learning, we're revolutionizing K-12 education by enabling students to master a year's worth of content in just two focused hours daily. We are expanding rapidly with plans to launch 25-30 new campuses in the next six months, backed by private equity and a proven model.

We seek experienced former top-tier consultants ready to take ownership of critical operational domains, driving execution without bureaucracy or endless approvals. This role offers autonomy to shape and lead key launch functions across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a critical launch domain: regulatory approvals, campus build-outs, onboarding + systems, or financial operations
• Drive cross-functional execution with full autonomy and decision-making authority
• Create and validate scalable playbooks as we expand
• Work closely with founders and stakeholders to build launch-ready infrastructure
• Utilize AI tools to optimize operations and support expansion

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Sitting on the sidelines as an advisor
• Navigating corporate bureaucracy
• Managing single-market operations
• Waiting for instructions
• Passing tough decisions to others

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• Proven leadership in complex, high-pressure operations
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, facility build-outs, systems, or financial operations
• Strong analytical and execution skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel (~1 week/month)
• Proficiency with AI tools and eagerness to leverage technology

Position Details
