As a Senior Mobile Game Developer, you will play a core role in transforming our ideas into top-quality games by combining strong mobile development skills with the power of AI. You will directly shape product direction, lead key system designs, and build gameplay features and AI-powered tools that make our games smarter, faster to iterate, and more engaging. You'll work at the intersection of creativity and technology, helping to deliver compelling player experiences through rapid prototyping and innovation. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead app and game development from prototype to production, focusing on mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
  • Rapidly iterate game features and mechanics based on user feedback and internal testing.
  • Design and build AI-enhanced systems such as smart NPCs, procedural content generators, or adaptive difficulty systems.
  • Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and AI researchers to translate creative vision into technical reality.
  • Build internal tools for level editing, content generation, and automated testing.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability across devices and network conditions.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Game Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app/game development; at least one shipped title, preferably mobile title .
  • Proficiency in Unity or Unreal, and strong coding skills in C++, C#, or Python.
  • Solid experience with AI/ML integration in game mechanics or backend systems (e.g. GPT, Stable Diffusion, RL).
  • Experience in product iteration and fast-paced development cycles.
  • Familiarity with mobile performance optimization, asset pipeline, and live ops.
  • Strong passion for gaming and interest in how AI can transform the gaming experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with SLG (Strategy/Logistics) or narrative-driven mobile games.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, etc.).
  • Experience with procedural generation, AI behaviors (BT, FSM), and dialogue systems.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Contributions to open-source, research projects, or technical publications in game AI.
