Task Force Talent is seeking staff-level full stack engineers for a very well-funded Series C company working on insider threat and supply chain security problems. Target salary range is 170k to 200k (possibly as much as 250k+ for the perfect candidate), plus equity, depending on experience level and location. We have an extremely good relationship with this client and work directly with the CTO, who has started several companies and had multiple successful exits, including an IPO.

The company is profitable and growing fast with approximately 150+ employees. Positions are available in Tysons Corner, VA, and Salt Lake City, UT, with a hybrid (typically 3 days/week in the office) schedule; however, those hours are flexible to accommodate family/childcare and traffic as the goal of in-office hours is to know your team better.

Qualifications

  • MUST be a U.S. citizen (no permanent residents, no visa sponsorship) and security clearance eligible (if required in the future)
  • 8+ years of professional experience developing applications and supporting end-to-end systems
  • 8+ years of hands-on Python development experience
  • Deep expertise in building web interfaces and APIs using Flask/Django and Bootstrap
  • Advanced understanding of software algorithms and data structures
  • Proven experience building cloud-native solutions in AWS and/or Azure
  • Strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Experience with Python Machine Learning tools, NLP, Elasticsearch or similar document-based databases, and graph databases preferred.

BONUS : Foreign language fluency, particularly languages associated with threat actors.

Interview Process

This company typically has a phone screen, followed by a coding exercise, and then several in-person interviews. They usually move fast -- introduction to offer within two to three weeks.
