They are seeking a Solutions Architect to define and build complex solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting Box's technical and platform solutions. This role involves advising enterprises on application design, integration, and migration strategies, all while driving the adoption of Box's products.
Responsibilities:
• Define and build out complex solutions for customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while promoting Box technical and platform solutions.
• Build and sustain customer and partner relationships.
• Drive the adoption of the Box product and platform.
• Advise enterprises on designing applications for custom document vaults.
• Help customers migrate millions of files into Box.
• Advise on integrating Box into custom CRMs.
• Facilitate conversations with prospective and existing customers to design solution architectures and strategy.
• Handle in-depth technical questions during meetings and sales calls as they relate to implementing Box solutions.
• Develop project scope documentation, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements related to customer engagements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience
• You love working in a dynamic environment where ambiguity is common...and can effectively speak to both technical and non-technical parties
• Experience working with one or more of the following Python, Typescript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java, .NET , Visualforce.
• Establish technical delivery expertise based on market trends, research and customer requirements. This role will be the primary leader for pre-sales scoping and delivering repeatable technical solutions.
• Develop and deliver repeatable solutions that can be used as an industry playbook to drive repeated success & best practices
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Sales and Customer Success to effectively execute on successful GTM strategy
• Accurately forecast capacity and deliver upon revenue targets
• Team with Solutions Consultants to support bookings target attainment
• A drivers license may be required if you are asked to visit clients onsite
Preferred:
• Expertise in Enterprise Content Management systems and cloud migrations
