What you'll do:

The Customer Advisory Architecture Advisor (AA) works closely with SAP’s Sales organization and the Partner ecosystem to define the account strategy. AAs are responsible for bridging the gap between the customer’s business strategy and relevant solutions by crafting the to-be business and solution architectures and designing a transformation roadmap at the enterprise level to facilitate the customer’s adoption of Cloud-based architectures. They are trusted advisors for the customer to achieve their desired SAP-based Enterprise Architecture.

As an Architecture Advisor (AA), you will focus on:

Account Planning & Architecture Management Responsibilities: Support the assessment of current customer solutions from SAP and identify opportunities for faster solution adoption and footprint expansion. Engage with customers to support sales cycles and drive business and IT architecture definitions to ensure alignment and cooperation.
Creating an SAP Architecture Vision for the Customer: Support building customer demand through thought leadership. Understand customer’s business processes, models, and future needs. Drive the positioning of standard cloud architectures leveraging standard solutions.
Building Key Customer Architecture Deliverables: Drive business architecture and capability mapping. Support cloud transformation roadmap definition, including business, application, and technology aspects.
Being a Trusted Architecture Advisor for the Customer: Align the roadmap with current solutions, support governance and adaptation, and highlight value and linkages to the SAP Portfolio.

What you bring:

Extensive experience in software/IT organizations as an Enterprise or Solution Architect, with proven success outcomes.
Deep knowledge of Cloud, SaaS/PaaS, and related business networks.
Strong professional networks and a successful track record in the industry.
Leadership, project management, and tangible outcomes in enterprise architecture.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred. Certifications like Togaf or SAPIEA-10 are advantageous.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annualized compensation range for this role is USD 194,100 - 411,600, dependent on various factors including experience, skills, and location. Details about SAP benefits are available at SAP North America Benefits .
