About the Job You’re Considering

We are seeking a seasoned and collaborative Design SoC Verification - Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead verification efforts across complex SoC projects, mentor fellow engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, innovative-driven environment. If you're passionate about ARM-based systems and enjoy solving challenging verification problems, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role

  • Lead and mentor a team of contract and full-time verification engineers, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Drive SoC verification strategy and execution, particularly within ARM-based ecosystems.
  • Guide and support debugging efforts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define and refine SoC verification methodologies and flows.
  • Contribute to gate-level simulation (GLS), SDF annotation, and post-silicon readiness activities.
  • Interface with Verification IPs (e.g., PCIE, DDR, CHI) and ensure robust integration and validation.
  • Promote best practices in version control, scripting, and automation using tools like GIT and Python.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience, including pre-silicon design verification.
  • Proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog-HDL, and C-shell scripting.
  • Strong expertise in UVM/OVM, SystemVerilog Assertions, and functional coverage.
  • Proven SoC verification experience using ARM Cortex microcontrollers.
  • Hands-on experience with PCIE, DDR, and CHI protocols, including PCIE-VIP usage.
  • Familiarity with advanced peripheral bus Verification IPs: GPIO, UART, SPI, SW, JTAG, I2C.
  • Proficient in Cadence tools: NCVerilog, NCSIM, Simvision; experience with Spyglass or other linting tools is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of SDF-annotated simulations, parasitic delays, and timing analysis.
  • Exposure to FPGA programming and related tools is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of GIT for version control and collaborative development.
