Application Manager, Accounts Payable Responsibilities

Building integrated, scalable and robust enterprise applications.

Play a key role in reimagining productivity by shipping transformative products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise.

Provide subject matter expertise, and configure Oracle Cloud ERP Accounts Payables and Payments Applications.

Providing application support and configuration of Procure-to-Pay Applications.

Influence enhancements and new projects to improve the product and end user experience.

Understand the Cloud ERP Payable and Payment data model, write complex SQL queries and perform data analysis to discover and fix underlying causes of bugs.

Create process extension in Cloud ERP to support business needs, participate in source control and code review process, provide expertise from process perspective, and communicate effectively with internal customers, enabling informed decision making within the team.

Track key application metrics, drive insights and build dashboards to measure results against goals.

Identify risks within the business function, deliver clear documentation, and work directly with vendor support for escalations.

Develop and maintain well-coordinated internal relationships with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise engineering organization.

Lead all business readiness activities including and user training, product testing and roll-outs.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and three years of work experience in job offered or in a business or data analytics-related occupation. Requires three years of experience in the following:

1. Building Oracle Financial/Cloud ERP Procure-to-Pay products, including Purchasing, Payables, Payments, and Subledger Accounting

2. Configuring and developing process extensions in Procure-to-Pay/Financial applications

3. Data models with hands-on SQL experience to write queries and perform data analysis

4. Designing applications and creating examples through wireframes and mockups

5. Designing operational reporting and dashboards using Oracle Cloud ERP reporting or other related technologies

6. Designing and implementing accounting rules using subledger accounting to comply with accounting standards

7. Mentoring a team of consultants or architects or leads

8. End-to-end automation of AP process in high scale environments

9. Leading AP teams in complex, high volume environments and

10. Leading operational reviews of system level issues.

$252,928/year to $265,430/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
