Senior Account Manager - Legal Recruiting at Ascendion

• 1800 Billable hours
• Unlimited PTO
• Firm-funded retirement contribution (8% of base+bonus)
• Hybrid 2-3 days in office

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sophisticated estate and tax planning for high-net-worth clients, including individuals, families, and business owners.
• Handle estate administration, income and transfer tax planning, and charitable giving strategies.
• Advise on business succession planning and entity structuring for LLCs and LPs.
• Interpret and apply Federal and California tax laws in client matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver integrated client service.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience in estate planning or in a related practice such as tax-oriented real property or corporate transactional work.
• Strong background in Federal and California tax law is required .
• Demonstrated ability to work with high-net-worth clients and manage complex planning structures.
• Prior experience in estate planning is highly valued, but not essential. Attorneys with corporate transactional or tax-focused backgrounds from large firms are encouraged to apply.
• Must be licensed to practice law in California .
• Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area market is a plus but not mandatory.
