Job Responsibilities
Generate and manage a pipeline of mortgage loan applications
Build and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners
Educate borrowers on loan options, qualification requirements, and the mortgage process
Collect and review necessary documents for loan processing
Stay up to date on mortgage products, lending guidelines, and market trends
Collaborate with our processing team to ensure smooth and timely loan closings
What We’re Looking For
️Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in OH, MI, FL, TX, GA, TN, UT, CO, VA, IN (or willingness to obtain). More states to follow.
️ Strong sales and networking skills
️ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
️ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
️ Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) and mortgage technology is a plus
