Senior Executive General Adjuster for Property Claims
Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct Hire
Location: 100% Fully Remote, for any legal permanent resident currently living in the USA.
Reports to:
Director of Sales
Travel: :10% expected

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive General Adjuster to provide expert consultation for our start up. This part-time, ad hoc role offers flexibility for seasoned professionals to apply their expertise to challenging, high-value projects on an as-needed basis. We are looking to understand the industry and do a deep dive into it. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing large-scale property claims and a strategic mindset to guide claim resolution as well as a deep understanding into the industry and it's workings.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert analysis and strategic recommendations for complex and high-value property claims
  • Review claim documentation and advise on efficient resolution strategies
  • Mentor and oversee junior adjusters when required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outcomes for intricate claims
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in property claims adjusting, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive capacity
  • Availability to consult on the weekends a plus.
  • Proven expertise in handling large, complex property claims
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Can consult on zoom/phone calls for 1-2 hrs at a time.

As a national employer, we consider numerous factors when determining compensation, including the specific job responsibilities, your geographical location, and your level of experience. For this role, we estimate a target pay range and budget of (Expected OTE $200k - $400k) per annum.
