Responsibilities
Mintz seeks a highly motivated associate with 4+ years of broad commercial real estate experience, preferably with substantive experience in financing or joint venture transactions, in addition to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development. Experience in data center, digital infrastructure, or telecommunications transactions is a plus. Candidates must provide efficient legal service independently and as part of a team, quickly integrate into our international real estate practice, deliver high-quality client service across complex transactions, and be committed to professional development.
Collaboration with team members is essential at Mintz. Therefore, attorneys are expected to work from the office at least 60% of the time, in accordance with firm guidelines.
Qualifications
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted or eligible for admission in New York
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism in client and investor engagement
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings

The salary range for this position is $310,000 to $420,000. The role is bonus eligible, and Mintz offers a comprehensive benefits package.
