A premiere Montana hospital system located in beautiful Billings is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Urologist to join their dynamic team of six providers. As a vital member of their healthcare organization, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-quality services to the community.

The Opportunity:

1. 2-3 clinic days with blocked OR days (flexible schedule)
2. Da Vinci Xi Robot available and in-office procedure room
3. Team of 3 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers (APPs)
4. 15-20 patients per day in clinic
5. Epic EMR system

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Extremely competitive guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentives
2. Up to $145,000 onboarding package incentive—used towards sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and/or relocation
3. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), CME, and loan repayment assistance
