Qualifications

• Current Principal, Partner, Director, or experienced Senior Manager in public accounting
• CPA or JD required
• Leadership, communication, and business development strengths
• Proficiency in accounting software and client relationship management

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, review work, and ensure service excellence
• Drive revenue through marketing, referrals, and business development
• Coach and mentor team members, oversee performance reviews
• Cultivate new and existing client and referral relationships
• Represent firm in the community through public speaking and involvement
• Champion firm culture, continuous learning, and specialization
