A top-ranked AM Law 200 firm is seeking a 4th–6th year Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized Product Liability team in Atlanta. This firm is known for its close-knit, collaborative culture and high-level work with global corporations, emerging tech companies, and national real estate developers. Their Atlanta office is highly regarded in Chambers USA and Legal 500 for excellence in litigation and product liability defense, offering associates meaningful mentorship and complex, high-stakes matters.

What you’ll do:

• Work directly with leading partners on complex product liability and general litigation defense matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a flexible, hybrid environment (3–4 days in office, WFH Fridays)
• Engage in business-critical work with clients across industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and technology

Ideal experience:

• 4–6 years of product liability litigation experience
• Strong writing and research skills; ability to manage complex discovery and motion practice
• Excellent academic credentials; top law school background strongly preferred
• Georgia Bar admission required
