We offer fulfilling careers, and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking an OB/GYN Physician for a faculty appointment (Assistant/Associate/Professor). The role involves teaching, research, and clinical service in Obstetrics and Gynecology, including:
- Participation in the department’s teaching programs;
- Patient care activities aligned with departmental needs and personal interests;
- Administrative duties such as serving on institutional committees and supporting OB/GYN residency and clerkship programs.
Specialty areas include:
- Boarded subspecialties
- Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery
- Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- General Obstetrics and Gynecology (including Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology, Minimally Invasive Gynecology)
- OBGYN Oncology
Minimum Qualifications
- MD degree
- Georgia Medical License
- Board Eligible for Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Preferred experience in medical student and/or resident teaching
- Good interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Additional preferred qualifications include experience in clinical duties at affiliated sites such as Morehouse Healthcare or Grady Health Systems, involvement in resident recruitment, and potential to serve as a course director for undergraduate medical education.
