About the Role

We are seeking a world-class Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale our 30-person in-house marketing team. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of one of the largest direct response education and consulting companies in the country.

The VP of Marketing will work directly with the President of the company to strategize, execute, and optimize full-funnel marketing initiatives across paid media, lead generation, conversion optimization, and automated sales systems. This role is for someone who thrives in a high-stakes, performance-driven environment — someone who understands that marketing isn’t just creative, it’s measurable, scalable, and directly tied to revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with the President to set and execute performance marketing strategies that drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 30+ professionals across media buying, funnel strategy, email marketing, data analytics, creative, and automation.
  • Paid Media Oversight: Manage over $1M/month in paid ad spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms. Ensure continuous optimization and ROI improvements.
  • Funnel and Conversion Optimization: Oversee buildouts and performance of landing pages, webinar funnels, email workflows, lead magnets, tripwires, and high-ticket conversion campaigns.
  • Marketing Tech Mastery: Leverage tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others to track KPIs, report performance, and ensure clean data integrity.
  • Marketing-to-Sales Integration: Align all marketing efforts with the sales team to ensure lead quality, CRM integration, attribution, and reporting clarity.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on KPIs and performance metrics across all marketing functions.
  • Creative Strategy: Guide creative development for ads, emails, funnels, and VSLs that drive action and reflect our brand’s bold, energetic voice.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, with proven results scaling lead generation and customer acquisition for high-volume info products or ecommerce.
  • Has successfully managed paid media budgets exceeding $1M/month , especially across Meta and Google platforms.
  • Has led marketing teams of 20+ people , ideally in a high-growth or agency-style environment.
  • Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization, automated webinars, direct-response copy, funnel strategy , and lifecycle email marketing.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot , GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and all other major marketing tech and project management solutions
  • Strong data and analytics acumen — you must be fluent in KPIs, attribution models, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Ability to lead high-level strategy while also diving deep into tactical execution and operational management .
  • Highly organized, results-driven, obsessive about testing, and deeply understands buyer psychology .
  • Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Aventura, Florida. This is not a remote role .
