Head of Privileged Access Management

Goodman Masson is partnering with an organization embarking on a high-impact transformation of its Privileged Access Management program. Backed by multi-million-dollar investment and full executive sponsorship, this is a rare opportunity to build and lead an enterprise-wide PAM function from the ground up.

AsHead of Privileged Access Management, you’ll define the strategic direction, lead a growing team of engineers and consultants, drive resolution of regulatory findings, and architect the future of privileged access across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead the firmwide PAM strategy across all applications, platforms, and environments.
• Build and manage the PAM engineering and operations team, reporting into the Head of Identity and Access Management.
• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap aligned to enterprise risk, audit remediation, and business priorities.
• Oversee deployment, enhancement, and lifecycle governance of CyberArk and related PAM technologies.
• Remediate regulatory and audit findings, working closely with GRC, Internal Audit, and regulators.
• Drive next-generation capabilities including Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-Enough-Access (JEA) models.
• Establish metrics, governance frameworks, and sustainable control processes to ensure long-term compliance.
• Collaborate across infrastructure, applications, IAM, and platform teams to integrate PAM into enterprise workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years leading PAM functions.
• Deep, hands-on experience with CyberArk (architecture, implementation, operations).
• Proven track record remediating regulatory findings in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Unix/Linux, Windows, Active Directory, databases, and cloud platforms from a PAM perspective.
• Experience implementing modern PAM models (e.g., JIT, session monitoring, break-glass access).
• Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong grasp of frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0 and CRI.
• Preferred: Experience with SailPoint, Splunk, and working in global financial services.
