Position Summary & Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads for NCR Atleos’ NAMER Banking division.
- Work closely with Banking Account Executives in the west territory.
- Be solution expert for ATMaaS, Allpoint ATM Network, and branding opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development activities.
- Identify solution opportunities within the territory for NCR Atleos solutions.
- Develop and implement complex sales strategies.
- Manage all sales process steps: find new opportunities, qualify, and close.
- Assist with proposals and RFPs for branding and outsourcing opportunities.
- Achieve bookings and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize internal resources effectively during sales cycles.
- Identify business plans, key decision makers, KPIs, and budget constraints.
- Keep sales forecasts and activities updated in CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years sales experience in FI services, payments, or ATM industry.
- Experience in solution selling in complex environments.
- Outgoing, personable, and engaging communicator.
- Proven lead generation and closing success.
- Team sales experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel approximately 35%, possibly up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ATM outsourcing, networks, and services (plus).
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM software (plus).
Salary Range
$212,000 - $318,000 annually.
