The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), located near the Ozark Mountains, is seeking a full-time MD/DO Cardiac Non-Invasive Physician with an interest in Echocardiography. Little Rock, the capital city of Arkansas, offers a rich cultural scene, outdoor activities, and excellent amenities. It is an ideal place to live and work.

Highlights of this opportunity:

• Potential starting base salary: $350,000-$400,000
• Retirement pension and retiree health benefits for life
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, including:
• 1 day/week in clinic
• 3-4 days/week in the echo lab
• 1/4 inpatient consult rotation
• 1/4 call coverage with hospitalist team support
• Paid Time Off: 50-55 days annually
• No employment contract restrictions; moonlighting permitted outside veteran facilities
• Financial incentives: recruitment, relocation, and up to $200K in education debt reduction
• Malpractice tail coverage provided
