Position Description
Seeking an attorney with 3 to 5 years of Fund Finance transactional experience, specifically with subscription credit facilities. Experience with NAV, management company, hybrid, and other fund finance facilities is a plus. Candidates should have experience drafting financing documents for complex transactions, managing client relationships, and progressing transactions independently. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, relevant law firm experience, and be licensed to practice in North Carolina.
