In this role, you'll create, refine, and maintain CNC programs that keep our machining operations accurate, efficient, and high quality. You'll work closely with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to improve processes and support production goals.What You'll Do:Key responsibilities may include: Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software for multi-axis mills and lathes. Write and edit G-code to improve performance, accuracy, and cycle time. Prepare and update setup sheets, tooling lists, and process documentation. Assist with complex setups, tooling choices, and fixture design. Troubleshoot program or setup issues to minimize downtime. Analyze machining data to adjust programs for better efficiency and tool life. Verify parts meet specs using CMMs and inspection tools. Maintain version control and ensure programs stay up to date. Recommend process improvements to reduce waste and costs.What You Bring:We're looking for someone who has: Minimum 5+ years of CNC programming experience using CAM software and G-code. Solid background with multi-axis mills and CNC lathes. Hands-on experience supporting setups and troubleshooting. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills. Knowledge of CMMs and quality inspection processes. A knack for improving processes and collaborating across teams.
