Position : Registered Nurse Dept : Med/Surg Locations: Summit, NJ Pay : $65/HR (Travel Pay Package Offered) Schedule : 3x12 with Rotating weekends Nights, 7pm - 7:30am Overview : Provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults. Assess patient condition, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records, and provide patients with support and education Requirements : NJ or Compact State RN Licensed BSN or ASN 2 Years of recent Med/Surg, IV Insertion, and phlebotomy experience AHA BLS Duties Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical/surgical unit, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and document findings accurately. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, while monitoring patient responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
