- Flexible; Would consider 12 hours days & 12 hours nights ( must be able to do OB overnight)
Call Schedule: 530p - 7a
- 1 day per week
Patient Demographics: 16+, Adults & Geriatrics
Avg No. of Cases per day: Varies
- Provider will have the supervision of 3 rooms or will be sitting solo
Case Mix: Thoracic, Vascular and Orthopedic
Support Staff: S crub techs, RN circulators, Anesthesia techs
Procedures:
- Required: Thoracic, Vascular and Orthopedic cases
- Preferred: S pinal anesthesia, Epidurals, regional anesthesia, Obstetrical anesthesia, and local infiltration.
No. of ORs: 15; 4 ASC
Trauma Level: II
Other Info:
- Provider will supervise CRNAs but they can adapt if they prefer not to.

Active NY license
BC
BLS, ACLS, & PALS
