- Join 2 Experienced Surgeons - Mentorship is available with accredited surgeons for new grads
- Dedicated OR and call teams
- Dedicated CV Anesthesiologists, CRNAs & RNFAs
- Excellent Cardiac referral group of over 25 Cardiologists & 25 APPs
- Hospital employed position
