Travel RN - Telemetry

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position on an Ortho MS/Tele unit, requiring BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.Job Details•Work in the 35N Ortho Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit of a hospital,•25-bed unit specializing in post-bariatric, gallbladder, urology, and gynecological cases,•Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5,•12-hour night shifts (NOC), 36 hours per week,•Required to work every other weekend,•Floating to units within skillset as needed,•Uses Cerner for charting; Cerner experience preferred,Job Requirements•Active RN license required,•Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS,•Previous travel experience required,•Cerner charting experience preferred,•Must provide documentation of COVID and Flu vaccinations (medical/religious exemptions accepted),•DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration if previously employed at a Tenet facility,Additional Information•Primary responsibilities include caring for surgical and telemetry patients on the orthopedic unit,•Navy blue scrubs required,•Travelers may only work 780 hours within 12 months and must take a 12-month break after 2 assignments before returning to Tenet facilities,•Completion of CMS Fraud, Waste & Abuse and General Compliance Training required within 90 days of hire and annually thereafter,•Holiday coverage may be required per scheduling needs
