Job DescriptionWe're excited to welcome a Part-Time or Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Lake Houston Physical Therapy, part of the U.S. Physical Therapy family. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist in providing exceptional rehab services while helping to create a positive, team-oriented clinic environment. Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care, primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitationEvaluate and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve functional goalsLead and mentor clinical staff, including physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, students, and aidesCollaborate with the Clinic Director and/or Regional Leadership on clinical operations and patient outcomesPromote evidence-based practice and ensure quality standards are maintainedParticipate in community outreach and business development as neededMaintain professional licensure and stay current with continuing educationQualificationsRequired:Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (MSPT or DPT) from an accredited programCurrent Texas Physical Therapy License in good standingPreferred: 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic settingPrior experience in a supervisory or lead roleManual therapy or specialty certification (e.g., OCS, COMT) is a plusAdditional InformationSchedule: Monday to Friday - No weekends!Clinic Environment: Small, close-knit team with a supportive culturePatient Care Model: One-on-one time for evaluations to ensure personalized, high-quality careSetting: Outpatient orthopedic with a diverse and motivated patient populationGrowth Opportunity: Be part of a company that values leadership development and clinical excellence
