Position Description: The CNC Programmer is responsible for determining production methodologies, designing and writing code for CNC machines, and creating blueprints and setup sheets for shop use. Essential Responsibilities: Determine production methodologies for parts Design fixturing, including modeling and drawing necessary components Select cutting tools Write CNC code using NX software and customer-supplied solid models Validate processes with Vericut simulation software Create blueprints and setup sheets with proper dimensions and tolerances Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/machining environments Knowledge of cutting tools and techniques Experience with 3, 4, 5-axis milling, turning, and multi-function machines Knowledge of various metals such as Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Titanium, and High Nickel Alloys At least 2 years of CNC programming experience Proficiency in G and M code programming Experience with NX CAD/CAM software Experience working with 3D models and CGTech Vericut is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows 10 Effective communication and teamwork skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Willingness to travel for training and support as needed Benefits: Enjet offers comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K plan, disability insurance, and more.
