Position SummaryPosition includes an additional $3.00 per hour shift differential pay.Responsible for the care of hospice patients during non-business hours including, but not limited to: triaging patient phone calls, providing skilled nursing interventions and supportive care in the patient's place of residents for evening and night after hours duty in accordance with the patient's respective plan of care and based on need. Provide support and follow-through to the patient's family during any actively dying and/or death visit for the hospice team.This position covers from 5PM to 8AM and is PRN (as needed).We have a Drug Free Workplace Policy.
