You'll use advanced clinical skills and critical thinking to stabilize patients, support families, and collaborate with pediatric care teams in high-acuity environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct, high-level care to pediatric patients in the ICUMonitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators and dripsCollaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and child life teamsRespond rapidly to changes in patient condition and emergency situationsMaintain accurate documentation and support family-centered careRequirements:Active RN license (Compact license preferred)BLS and PALS certifications required; ACLS and CCRN-P preferredMinimum 1-2 years recent PICU experienceStrong pediatric assessment and communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly in emotionally intense, fast-paced environmentsAt ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
