As a PTA, you will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain movement, manage pain, and improve their overall physical function.Key Responsibilities:Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to support patient recovery and mobility goalsAssist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activitiesPerform selected manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities as directedMonitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising Physical TherapistEducate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to continue at homeMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standardsEnsure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patient careCollaborate with the rehab team to promote optimal patient outcomesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to case discussionsQualificationsTo be a part of our team, you'll need to possess the following:Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure: Hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Washington, showcasing your expertise and dedication to the profession.Passion for Sports: We believe that loving sports is at the core of understanding and assisting athletes in their healing journey. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
