**Job Title: Night Shift Registered Nurse (12-hour shifts)**
**Job Description:**
Join our dedicated and compassionate nursing team! We're seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in compliance with facility protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and important follow-up care.
**Requirements:**
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
**Guaranteed Hours:**
- Offers a full-time contract of 58 weeks with predictable scheduling.
