Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Vancouver WA4 weeks PTO per year (160 hours)No Call!We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full-time in Vancouver, WA. We are seeking a well-qualified, caring provider to join our large, knowledgeable group of medical doctors, NP's, and PAs in our urgent care practice. We offer an excellent work life balance with less burnout. We take the time to really understand our patient's needs, scheduling only 16 patients per day. We are the practice you have been looking for! We are fully staffed with MD/DOs, NPs and PAs and we have a full support staff and a nurse case manager. Our clinic provides full scale family practice. The incoming Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner must have family practice/primary care experience.About us:We offer comprehensive family care and urgent care services. We offer both family practice needs with the ability to see and treat patients on an Urgent/same day basis. Qualifications:Graduation from an Accredited NP/PA programCurrent NP/PA license in WAPrimary care experience requiredPrevious experience working with EMR/EHR software and meaningful use requirements, Athena preferredEligible to participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programsCurrent non-limited registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)* Be and remain insurable for malpractice liability in accordance with the requirement of Washington StatutesCurrent CPR/BLS certification* Capable of seeing on average 2 patients per hour.Duties:Patient Care - Urgent careProcedures (ie: laceration repair, abscess drainage, nail avulsions, joint injections to name a few)Documentation- Accurately and TimelyOrder and Review Labs/Bloodwork/ImagingPatient EducationPharmacological managementSalary (range):$60-$70/ per hour (depending on experience/qualifications)Benefits:Bonus Compensation- Quarterly bonus for same day chart completionVacation- ~4 weeks per year (160 hours)Health, Dental, Vision insurance coverageCME benefitProfessional Education supplement - UpToDate Subscription No Call!401k with matchFSA Our clinic is like family.
