Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly & Finishing Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on work with various materials, including wood, metal, and composites, to ensure high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate is comfortable using hand and power tools, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.Responsibilities:Sanding, cutting, and shaping materials to prepare them for assembly and finishingOperating saws, sanders, and other power tools safely and efficientlyAssembling components using fasteners, adhesives, and mechanical techniquesPainting, staining, and sealing materials to meet quality standardsWorking with basic electrical wiring for product assembly as neededInspecting parts for defects and ensuring proper fit and finishHandling and lifting materials, including heavy and bulky itemsCleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and the work areaFollowing safety guidelines and proper handling of finishing materialsAssisting with packaging and preparing finished products for shipmentRequirementsExperience with hand tools and power tools (saws, sanders, drills, etc.)Basic knowledge of painting, staining, and finishing techniquesFamiliarity with basic electrical wiring and connectionsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periodsAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsStrong work ethic and reliabilityPrevious experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus
