Channellock Inc. is looking for a Die Sinker Machinist for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts.-Ability to set-up EDM, CNC, and related machines used in making a variety of Forge and Restrike dies, andtrimmers. Remove and replace tooling required for various machining jobs. Set-ups are exacting butnot difficult, usually involving alignment and securing of fixtures, and various other requirementsaccording to the part complexity.-With the use of drawings, layout prints, templates, platters, parts, and computer programs, use theEDM, CNC and other machines to produce the Dies, Trimmers, and other parts used in the Forgingprocess. Check the Dies and Trimmers for dimensional requirements, and make necessaryadjustments to meet quality for all specifications. Fill out any necessary forms and work cards. Assistin any Forge Shop Die or Trimmer related problems. Report any questionable conditions to thesupervisor.
