This position requires a minimum of Level 1 or 2 experience in a high-acuity environment. Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality care in the Operating Room for orthopedic and neuro procedures.- Collaborate effectively with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Deliver patient education and support before and after surgeries.- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.- Participate in weekend and weeknight on-call rotations, including every 4-5th weekend and one weeknight per week. Qualifications: - Valid nursing license.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an OR setting, including orthopedic and neuro specialties.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to work varied shifts and call hours as required.
