This position is perfect for professionals looking to make an impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a Cardiac Cath Lab RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab.- Monitor and manage patients before, during, and after cardiac procedures.- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Administer medications and monitor patient response to treatments.- Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the cardiac cath lab.- Educate patients and their families about procedures, care plans, and post-operative recovery. Requirements: - Minimum of 24 months of current Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience.- Active certifications from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross, including ACLS and BLS.- No license hits on record.- Valid nursing license (verification must be less than 30 days old).- Completed skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than one year old).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Travel experience preferred. On-Call Schedule: Determined by the facility; candidates should be open to on-call shifts as required. Weekends: Weekend shifts will also be determined by the facility's scheduling needs.
